Belgrade symposium is the seventh in a row of yearly assemblies of Lighting Detectives that gathers together world renowned experts in lighting design who will present to the Belgrade audience works on the subject “Lighting Identity of a City”.
We will get acquainted with the lighting identity of Tokyo Saiko Tanuma, New York Eleni Savvidou, Copenhagen Katja Bülow, Beijing Tewa Srilaklang, Singapore Reiko Kasai, Hamburg Ulrike Brandi.
About lighting identity of Belgrade will discuss the renowned lighting designers: Kaoru Mende (professor at Musashino Art University in Tokyo), Jan Ejhed (founder and professor of Stockholm Lighting Laboratory), Christof Fielstette (professor at the Architecture Faculty in Hamburg) and Lidija Đokić (professor at the Architecture Faculty in Belgrade).
The results from the “Lighting Identity of Belgrade” workshop of the students from Musashino University, Belgrade University and Stockholm Lighting Laboratory will be exhibited in the same space.
Symposium will be held within the first Serbian lighting festival “Belgrade of Light”
